John Broomfield has a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Loughborough University in the UK and is a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute. He has worked as a quality manager to deliver quality assurance on large civil engineering projects all over the world including Saudi Arabia, Libya, Falkland Islands, UK and USA with Bechtel, Halliburton and other leading firms. John maintains www.aworldofquality.com to guide developers of process-based management systems. He is a RABQSA and IRCA certified management systems lead auditor. John teaches and is the VP responsible for management systems consulting with the RABQSA certified firm Quality Management International, Inc. John edited the ASQ Design and Construction Division’s eBook: ISO 9001 Interpretive Guide for the Design and Construction Project Team published by Quality Press.
