An organization is a unique expression of people, processes and systems. Collectively they define the effectiveness of the business to create value. To maximize organizational excellence, the business must align and engage its people to fulfill its mission and assure processes, structures, and systems can be effectively and consistently utilized to create value while listening and adapting to the marketplace when necessary.
In this contribution, Andrew will discuss Six Sigma concepts that drive organizational excellence. He will introduce specific business strategies and show their relationship to business outcomes such as Revenue, Profitability and Market Share. Andrew will examine and discuss case study results and illustrate how strategies and specific programs were identified for improvement and measure their success. Finally, he will discuss how such strategies support an organizations mission and assure its purpose effectively supports an envisioned future state.
