Eric is currently managing the Internal Quality Audit
Program for New York City Transit Department of Capital Program Management.
Eric has more than 15 years experience in Engineering, Testing and Quality
Assurance. He has held positions of increasing responsibility within
Underwriters Laboratories including Engineering Team Leader, Lead Auditor and
Regional Audit Manager.
As a Lead Assessor Eric conducted more
than 900 facility assessments applying the requirements of ISO 9000 and QS 9000
throughout
North America. In addition
to auditing, Eric acted as client manager for several large multi-site
corporations. As client manager he was responsible for developing and
implementing audit plans that met both client needs and the requirements of the
accreditation organizations.
As Regional Audit Manager Eric was
responsible for the development, training and efficient scheduling of 20
auditors in the
Northeastern United States.
Eric holds a BS degree in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering
from New York Institute of Technology, a BBA in Management from
Hofstra
University and an AAS in
Computer Science from City University of New York.
